Hello students and parents, my name is Kesha Prince, but you can call me Mrs. Prince. I am one of the recent additions to the Indian Hills Middle School faculty, along with the rest of the 6th grade teachers for the year!
This is my third year teaching not only in general, but doing 6th grade and working at Indian Hills Middle School. In 2013 I graduated from University of Utah with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education, which provided me the opportunity to also receive my English as a Second Language Endorsement.
I am currently working on my master's degree in curriculum and instruction at Western Governor's University.
I am the head coach of the Alta High School Drill Team, the Las Scelles.
I am happy to work in Canyons School District because of the wonderful parents and students! I love my job and could not be happier!
For the 2015-2106 school year I will be teaching Social Studies, one of my absolute favorite subjects within the 6th grade curriculum. I am very excited and eager to get the year started. I have high expectations for the students because not only do I feel that they should be held accountable as 11 and 12 year olds, but also because I want them to expect the best from me!
