Every student is to choose 2 books from this list, reading a total of 350 pages. However, if the first book is not 175 pages, which is half of 350, then they need to make sure their 2nd book is longer, being at least 240 pages. Also, students can choose 1 book as a biography of someone famous- that has had an impacting life on the world. However, this does not include sports players, it includes people like Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, etc... Two books read also means 2 book reports. Students need to turn in 2 book report pages with two separate signatures. If they would like to read more, or if you would like to assign them more, that is great. I never discourage reading from the students! The novel list is in PDF form below. Thank you!
